The Role
First GTM hire. Individual contributor. You build the outbound engine from zero and work directly with the co-founders every day.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end outbound to CTOs, CPOs, VPs of Engineering, and VPs of Product at US and global companies
- Cold email, LinkedIn, developer communities. Book qualified meetings with decision-makers. That's the metric.
- Build and iterate on outbound messaging and playbook with the founders based on what's actually getting responses
- Learn ProdE well enough to have a real conversation with technical buyers about change impact analysis, codebase complexity, and engineering team productivity
- Work US timezone overlap. Our customers are primarily US-based.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years B2B SaaS outbound experience in a startup setting
- Experience selling dev tools or technical products to engineering leaders
- You can write messages a CTO would actually read instead of delete
- You understand the developer world. You don't need to code, but "microservices" and "CI/CD" shouldn't be foreign words.
- Experience with outbound tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar
- Self-starter. No playbook. No script. You figure it out.
- You know how to not get flagged as spam.
- Looking for real career growth, not just a job. This role grows as the company grows.
Compensation
- Base + performance bonus + equity
- Early-stage equity as part of the founding GTM team
- Fully remote, India. You'll need solid internet and ideally be based in or near a metro city.
